Our Story
Our founder, Martin Port, had the idea for Build Concierge after renovating the family home. A project that should have taken months dragged on for two years - and was still unfinished. In the end, he kicked the builders off site and found another team of tradesmen to finish the job. The whole process was expensive, time-consuming and stressful. Martin knew he was not alone in struggling to find reliable, skilled tradespeople and decided to use his skills as a technology entrepreneur to solve the problem.
Having sold his last business for £300m, he is now focused on building the UK's go-to home services provider, helping homeowners with everything from routine maintenance to major projects. He has created the service he wished he'd had all those years ago, and Build Concierge now takes care of the whole process for our customers, so they can enjoy their homes, without the hassle.
